Mode Of Payments

Glamar Shop offers the following methods for payment of product price and delivery charges:

• Cash on Delivery (COD)
• Mobile Banking (Bkash, Nagad)

Duration Of Shipment

We will arrange for the shipment of the products to you.

• Inside Dhaka: Delivery within 48 to 72 working hours (excluding overseas products).
• Outside Dhaka: Delivery within 96 to 120 working hours (excluding overseas products).

Note: These shipping schedules are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delay in shipment. Delivery may be delayed due to national/public holidays, official holidays, or force majeure events such as political unrest, war, riots, natural disasters, energy blackouts, lockouts, strikes, or any other unexpected situation beyond our control.

Return

If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must return the product within 7 working days from the receipt date. A replacement will be sent as soon as possible. You must either open the package in front of the delivery person or provide proof (such as a video of unboxing) showing that the item was delivered damaged or defective.

Order Cancellation

• If you selected Cash on Delivery (COD), no refund is necessary as you have not yet paid for the order.
